Este conceput ca o scurt\u0103 introducere \u00een unele probleme de mediu \u0219i posibile solu\u021bii pe care le-a\u021bi putea lua \u00een considerare \u00een etapele de proiectare \u0219i planificare ale unui proiect pe care dori\u021bi s\u0103 \u00eel face\u021bi mai ecologic, fie c\u0103 este vorba de o construc\u021bie nou\u0103 sau de o renovare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ghidul este \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit \u00een dou\u0103 p\u0103r\u021bi. Prima va acoperi c\u00e2teva defini\u021bii \u0219i obiective ale proiect\u0103rii durabile. Acestea sunt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Optimizarea poten\u021bialului sitului<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimizarea utiliz\u0103rii energiei<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protejarea \u0219i conservarea apei<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimizarea utiliz\u0103rii spa\u021biului \u0219i a materialelor din cl\u0103dire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii mediului interior (IEQ)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimizarea practicilor opera\u021bionale \u0219i de \u00eentre\u021binere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Am abordat c\u00e2teva dintre aceste aspecte \u00een celelalte ghiduri ale noastre, a\u0219a c\u0103 nu le vom repeta aici.
